Mrs. Elizabeth Kusi-Nsiah is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund. She has over twenty-five (25) years of working experience in Accounting, Finance and Investment Banking. She had her educational training in Ghana, USA, Israel and Zambia.
She started her career as an Accountant at Advent Press in Ghana from 1997-2003. She then went to La Sierra University in Riverside, California, USA to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. After completion of her master’s program in 2005, she worked with American Lighting Industry Inc. in Riverside, California, USA from 2005-2006 as an Internal Auditor. She later joined First America Financial Services in Ontario, California (USA) in January 2007 as a Financial Analyst, and was later promoted to the position of Senior Financial Analyst in December 2008 –a position she held till her return to Ghana in January 2011. In Ghana, she took over the Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund as the Fund Administrator from June 2011 till date.
In addition to her MBA degree, Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion and a minor in Accounting from Grigg University in Maryland, USA. She’s also a holder of a Certificate in Banking Innovations and Financial Strategies from International Management Training Institute in Isreal. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in San Gabriel in California, USA. She is serving on various Committees in the field of Accounting and Finance, and as a member of the two Ghana Seventh-Day Adventist Unions Executive Committee. She’s currently pursuing a PhD degree in Financial Management at the African University in Lusaka, Zambia.
